Yep - searched through some of my old tubes again (gone back to the GILD days - remember them?) and found some sassy Carlos Cartegena tubes ... added some misted flowers and used the same fave effects on different parts of the tag ... Fritillary, Gradient Glow & Transmission. Added a couple of simple elements ... and the font is Love Light ...
