Goodbye 2025 - Hello 2026

 

Hi everyone - just thought I would drop by to say that I have not gone MIA ,, been busy like everyone else towards the end of the year - and busy at my forum.

On Boxing Day - I broke my tibia - which resulted in a trip by ambulance to hospital, then an operation and home 4 days later ... with my leg in a brace for the next 6 weeks. I hope to get a 90deg movement in the leg in a couple of days - surely going to be way more comfy than straight all the time. But I have no weight bearing for 6 weeks and then slowly with physio, I will begin to put a little weight and use crutches + wheelchair ....

I've been in this wheelchair for 2 weeks now - and it's very tiring ... but could be worse - always could be worse. So - that said - once I am feeling a little more normal - I will get back to creating some goodies for the blog .. in the meantime ... I am tagging at my forum and will get back to my other 2 fave forums as time permits ....

Big thank you to everyone that has reached out - and the wonderful support I have here at home with family and friends is making this a more pleasant time than I would have expected

 Been busy at the forum ... my other Admin ladies have been away for a bit so it's been me - on my lonesome with the members having fun ...

I've been MIA

 It's been a long time since I have taken a break from my blog, but this one was much needed.

My mum ended up in Hospital - it was a rough couple of weeks and finally she has been moved to rehab - which may be a journey ... I went to visit again on the weekend and the ward was shut due to a gastro outbreak. I am hoping that I can get back in this week some time.

I am slowly trying to get back on track with the blog ...

 I didn't intend to go with this color but I really like it - nice and soft

I have so much CT work to catch up on - I have been a little under the weather - even did a Covid test this morning to make sure that it isn't that. Thankfully a Negative result.

I will be back with some more freebies soon as well ...

Let's all hope that 2022 brings us happiness, contentment, peace and good health - lots of laughs, our tummy full of food, warm/cool homes and a comfy place to lay our head.

My Computer died ....

 well that is the easiest explanation for it ... it blue screened and just wouldn't play nicely.

Long story short - my PC guy fixed it - I didn't lose anything and managed to reinstall Windows and PSP, add more RAM and basically this pc is like brand new. Things seem a little different - even my PSP workspace and tags .... do not know what I had it set like before with the display settings but wow - what a difference.

So I will probably spend some time trying to get all my Filters installed .... with any luck they will all work this time ... lol. But I will be back with more Clusters, some masks and templates, along with some Word Art .... soon.

I am so sorry that it took so long ... having a break from blogging didn't help

It's been awhile ... but I have been busy lol

I know that it's been awhile since I posted but I haven't been sitting idly doing nothing.

I am super busy at my forum BAG-A-SNAG - posting lots of tags ... so come on over and join us if you like.

I am not back doing CT work but thought I would share some tags I have been making - and will be posting links to the kits/clusters/tubes in all posts I have made. I am revisiting some of my CT kits at the moment - so sad that we use it once and move on to the next kit ....... time to highlight some of them again.

And I have been creating - new templates - new wordart - new masks.

Just need to get things in order and they will be posted on the blog.

Taking a break from CT Work

I just wanted to let everyone know that I am taking a break from CT Work ........ it's been fun over the years, and I have worked for some awesome Stores and totally brilliant Artists, but for now, the mojo and fun aspect are no longer there ...... and I need to take a step back.

Stuff happens in real life, we get a little older and our outlook changes on things, and we find that we are just stumbling along with very little direction. I left most of my CT teams a couple of months ago and today let Dee know that I would be stepping aside and focusing on family and my forum - as well as some new adventures along the way.

I may get back to doing some Creative Team work at some point but for now, I say goodbye and thank you to everyone that has trusted my tags, and had me on their team

Sorry for my MIA ...

My computer had a meltdown and then I did, when I realised that I didn't

have everything backed up - stressful time to see if the pc could be fixed and

all the tubes/kits etc saved.

Anyway - it turned out fine - thankfully ... so I went and bought an external drive

and spent the last couple of days backing everything up to it.

So I am back on track - now I just need a break from work so I can get caught 

up on everything. I will definately be back to my normal posting self again now!
