Finally ... a new template ... very simple, but you can really dress it up.
I have added Gradient Glow to the circles and the rectangle ...
Here is my finished tag below, using the incredible artwork of Armando Huerto (MPT) - and all the added flowers etc come from the Platinum Club kit by Scraps by Jessica
