That didn't take long did it? LOL ... it's simple ... but you can dress it up alot if you want to.
I have used the amazing art of Eugene Rzhevskii from Pics For Design ... the artwork is stunning. I didn't add alot to this template - just used some overlays in the background and colored them to suit the tag, and add a few buttons.
