Filters - Eye Candy Gradient Glow and HSB Noise, DSB Flux Bright Noise

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent image

Select Element Photo Frame - Copy/Paste as new layer, resize by 77%

Using the deform tool ... rotate the image slightly to the left.

Select your Preset Shape Tool - and the Elipse Shape

Using White - draw out your shape - using my tag as a guide

Apply DSB Flux Bright Noise, Darker - setting at 34.

Add a Medium Gradient Glow in a color from your tube, Glow Width setting of 8.68

Add a drop shadow.

Using your Preset Shape Tool, Elipse Shape, and changing your color to one from your tube,

draw out a smaller shape.

Apply HSB Noise, width and height adjusted to approx 100, balance of settings left at default

Now - take your close up tube - copy/paste as new layer on the shape.

Trim, so your tube sits nicely inside the shape (we all know how to do this by now, don't we?)

Merge Layer down, and apply the same Gradient Glow effect we did earlier, change the color to black.

Now time to add some elements from the kit

Element Calla Lilly - copy/paste as new layer - resize by 44% - move to the left

Element Bow 1 - copy/paste as new layer - resize by 33% - move to the left

Element Glitter 2 - copy/paste as new layer - drag this layer down so it becomes the bottom layer.

Now Copy/Paste your tube as a new layer - resize by 77% and add a drop shadow.

Move this to the left slightly, so you can still see the flowers from the side of the tube.

Element Cloud - copy/paste as new layer - resize by 77%

Element Ruffled Ribbon - copy/paste as new layer - resize by 44%. Move this down to the bottom of the tag.

Element Flutter 1 - copy/paste as new layer. Resize by 22% - move to the left. Duplicate, Mirror and move this layer to the right and down to the bottom of the tag.

Add all Copyright Information ... and your name - save as a PNG and you are done ♥

Ed van der Linden SENSATIONAL (PTU)

Filters - Xero Fritillary, Eye Candy Gradient Glow & HSB Noise & Glass, PentaCom Dot & Cross

Fonts - Pussycat Snickers and AL Script Hand

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent canvas.

Using your preset shape - draw out an oval/circle with a color that matched your tube.

Apply Eye Candy HSB Effect - default settings, only altering the Width and Height to approx 100. Choose Random seed until you get the hue pattern you like.

Now go to Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds - and apply settings as below

Apply a Gradient Glow - FAT  and then Medium in a color of your choice.

Back to your Preset Tool Shape.

Choose a color from your tube - and draw out a rectangle - check my tag for size guides.

Apply PentaCom Dot and Cross effect - default settings.

Add the same Gradient Glows that you applied to the oval/circle.

Once again - Preset Tool shape and draw out a small circle - check my tag once again.

Duplicate and Mirror, then merge layer down.

Apply HSB Noise to these small circles, and same Blinds effect, but untick the Horizontal box.

Copy and paste your tube - resizing to taste - and place over one of your circles.

Duplicate and mirror, then merge layer down.

Choose your Magic Wand ... and move back to the small circle layer, and click anywhere outside the circles - the marching ants should now be showing up. Move back to tube layer, and hit delete. Your tubes are now trimmed and sitting perfectly on your circles.

Change Blend to Luminance Legacy, lower Opacity to 62.

Merge this layer down - your circle and tube layers are now 1 layer.

Add Gradient Glow if desired.

Preset Tool once again - this time using the Rectangle shape.

Draw out a small rectangle in your color of choice - check my tag for sizing.

Apply HSB Noise if desired and then Xero Fritillary with these settings

Add Gradient Glow as before.

Now for the Kit Elements

Element - Feather - copy/paste, resize by 66%. Move up and to the right slightly. Duplicate, Mirror and move this feather down and to the left. Adjust/Hue & Saturation to match your tube.

Element - Dancer Leaf - copy/paste, resize by 66%. Adjust Hue & Saturation as before. Move to the right, Duplicate and then Mirror. Merge Layer down, then duplicate Layer and Flip. Merge this layer down, and then drag your Leaf Layer so it is your bottom layer.

These are the other Elements I use - put your own stamp on this tag - you don't have to use the same ones.

Element - Dancer Butterfly

Element - Dancer Ribbon 5

Element - Dancer Flower 3

Element - Dancer Champagne Glass

Now add your tube - resize by 66% and place in the middle of your tag.

Using your Pussycat Snickers font, color of choice - size 90, type out the word

SENSATIONAL 

Place this down towards the bottom of your tube.

Apply HSB Noise, then Eye Candy Glass, then Gradient Glow as before.

Copy and Paste Element Dancer be fabulous wordart, adjust hue and saturation.

Add a Gradient Glow if desired.

Copy and Paste Element Dancer Star Border - resize, and adjust hue/saturation.

Add your copyright information, making sure it can clearly read

Add your name in the AL Script Hand

Save as a PNG File - and you are done

Filters - Xero Porcelain, Muras Meister Copies & Eye Candy Gradient Glow

Mask of Choice

Fonts - Diana (script) and Century Gothic

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent canvas

Choose a color from your tube and flood fill your layer.

Apply your mask/merge group.

Now using Century Gothic Font (choose size) type out Mon Cherié Amour, and covert to raster layer.

Add a drop shadow if desired.

Apply Muras Meistes Copies/Tiling Angle with default settings - changing the Tile Space to 2.

Now back to your mask layer - take your magic wand and click anywhere outside the mask area, then go back to your wordart layer, and delete. Your wordart should now only be on the masked area.

Time to open the kit.

Element 40 - Pink Lace - copy/paste as new layer, resize by 66%, move up and to the right.

Element 44 - Black Lace - copy/paste as new layer, resize and move to the left.

Element 25 - Eiffel Tower - copy/paste as new layer and move to the left hand side.

Element 27 - Clock - copy/paste as new layer. Resize by 66% and move down and to the left, below your Eiffel Tower layer.

Element 18 - Black frame - copy/paste as a new layer. Move to the left.

Copy and Paste your close up Tube layer on to the Black Frame

Using your magic wand, click out side the Black Frame (marching ants should be showing)

and move back to the Tube Layer and delete.

Your tube should be trimmed to the size of the frame.

Apply Xero Porcelain - default settings - adjust the Blue Channel to 73

Element 10 - Pink Flower - copy/paste - resize by 66% and move to the right.

Element 28 - Pillow - copy/paste - resize by 66% and then by 66% again. Move this to the right (check my tag for placement.)

Work your way through the kit choosing other elements to add, resizing as desired.

I used Elements 8, 51, 52 and 58

Add your Mon Cherié Amour words

(Use Century Gothic - size of choice. Add a Gradient Glow if desired)

Change your font to Diana - add your name and a Gradient Glow if desired.

Add your Copyright Information and save as a PNG File

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent Canvas

Flood fill with a light grey color and apply your mask. Merge Group

Open your kit and use the following elements

Element 42 - Grass - copy/paste and resize by 27% - move to the left. Duplicate/Mirror.

Element 08 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the left.

Element 49 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the right and down to the bottom of the tag.

Element 41 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the left of the tag.

Element 05 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the right of the tag.

Feel free to add any wordart to this scroll page.

Element 01 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - resize again if needed. Move this to the left.

Element 03 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the left of the tag.

Element 04 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - move to the left of the tag and have this sit in front 

of the flower.

Element 36 - copy/paste and resize by 22% - and move this down towards the bottom of the tag.

Now add your tube - resize and place her in front of the scroll (Element 05)

Element 45 - copy/paste and resize. Move to the left of the tag.

Now add the wording I SAY A LITTLE PRAYER in your font of choice.

Add your Copyright Information.

NOW - go to IMAGE/GREYSCALE and apply.

Right Click on the top boarder of your tag - and Copy Merged.

Paste this as a new layer - the top layer - lining up as close as possible but it doesn't have to be exact.

Go to ADJUST/BLUR/GAUSSIAN BLUR with the setting at 6.

Change the Blend Mode to OVERLAY and lower the Opacity to 38.

Apply Eye Candy HSB Noise with these settings

Now is the time to add your name ... when done, save as a PNG File.

Zindy - ANGEL WHISPERS - PTU

This tutorial was written on July 13th 2012 and is entirely my own creation.

Pink Angel Collection - Tube and Kit that is available here at Zindy's Store

Fonts used are CK Blake and CK Bloom

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent canvas.

Copy and Paste Element PA Cloud - resize by 55% - move this up to the right of the canvas.

Duplicate/Flip/Mirror and position on the bottom left of the canvas.

Copy and Paste Element Frame 2 - resize by 55% and move up and to the left.

Duplicate/Mirror and move down slightly.

Merge Layer down - your frame layer should now look like this

Now take your Magic Wand - and click inside the frames - go to Selections/Modify/Expand by 10

Add a new layer below the frame layer, and flood fill with a color to match the frame or tube.

I then added Eye Candy HSB Noise effect and Blinds Texture. This is optional.

Copy and paste your tube twice ... moving these tubes so they show through the frames. Once you have them positioned as you like ... cut/delete the overhang showing beyond the frames.

Copy and Paste the following elements - resizing to taste - most of these were resized to 44%

Element PA Flower 1 - resize and move to the bottom left corner of the top frame. Duplicate and mirror and move down to the bottom left hand corner of the bottom frame

Element Card Heart - resize and move so this lays between the 2 flowers.

Element PA Light - resize and move down to the bottom left corner of the canvas.

Element PA Jar - resize and move so this sits in front of the flowers and heart.

Element PA Stickbow - resize and move so it sits behind the jar.

Element PA Card - resize and move so it sits in front of the jar and to the left slightly.

The rest is up to you - make this tag unique to you by adding whatever other elements you like. If adding some of the ribbons, post them as layers below the frames and have them sticking out slightly.

Now copy and paste your tube - and move to the right. Add a drop shadow - these are the settings I used

Now copy and paste Element PA Flutters - resize to taste.

I mirrored this element - and moved it to the left but still have some of the butterflies

laying across the Angel Tube.

Now using your font of choice - type out ANGEL WHISPERS

I used CK Bold Blake in Size 48, then add a Fat Eye Candy Gradient Glow in White, and then a Medium Glow in Pink (size 3)

Move this wording so it sits at the bottom of the Angel Tube.

Add your Copyright Information, and your name and save as a PNG File

Open a 650 x 650 Transparent Canvas

Now open your kit and use the following elements

# 60 Waterfall - Copy and paste as new layer. Do not resize

#46 Flower Corner- copy/paste - resize by 44% and move to the bottom right

# 66 Flower Arch- Copy/paste - do not resize. Move down below the waterfall layer

#47 Palm Frond - Copy/Paste - resize by 44% and move down below waterfall layer, moving to the right. Now duplicate and mirror image and move up slightly.

#14 Oyster Shell & Pearl - Copy/Paste and resize - move down to the left slightly

# 24 - Copy/Paste and resize - move down and to the left, sitting next to the Oyster Shell

# 23 - Copy/Paste and resize - move to the left.

Add your tube - no need to resize. Move her down a couple of layers, so it looks like she is

standing in the flowers.

Add your Copyright information CLEARLY - and also add your name, in your font of choice.

Save your tag as a PNG File and you are done.

LET'S GET TAGGING

Open up a 650 x 650 transparent image.

Open Paper # 20 from the kit - copy and paste as new layer.

Resize by 22%

Go to Layers/New Mask Layer and choose your mask from the drop down box.

Merge Group.

Duplicate your Mask Layer, and then Merge Layer down.

Now - we are going to place our elements

# 60 Lighthouse - copy/paste and resize by 22%. Move to the left of the tag

#68 Grass - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and then again by 66%

Move this layer down and to the left of the Lighthouse. Duplicate and move to the right of the Lighthouse

# 64 Timber Boards - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and then again by 66%. Place to the right of the Lighthouse.

# 63 Seagulls - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and then by 66%. Place where you like in the sky background.

# 21 Stumps - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and then by 66%. Place on the right hand side of the Lighthouse.

# 42 Anchor - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and 66%. Place in front of the stumps

# 48 Boat - copy/paste as new layer and resize by 22% and then 66%. Place this tube to the right of the tag.

Open a 650 x 300 transparent canvas

Floodfill your first layer with a color from your tube
Apply Eye Candy HSB Noise - adjusting the Lump Width and Height to your
liking - I always have them set to approx 100

Apply a close up of your tube and change the blend mode to Luminance
Legacy or Overlay - whichever you prefer

Now onto your elements - use my tag as a guide
Element Cityscape 2 Resize by 77%
Element CYCLE 6 Resize by 77%
Element Stck Money Resize by 33%
Element Tape resize by 77%
Element Crates resize by 44%
Element Gun 7 resize
Element Bullet Holes - resize by 22%
Duplicate and place as desired around tag
Element Clock - Copy/paste as new layer. Move to the top left hand
corner of the tag.

Copy and paste your tube. Resize to your liking and then merge all
layers.

Apply AAA Frames - Foto Frame, default settings, adjusting width to 10.
Duplicate, Adjust Blur to 10, Change Blend mode to Overlay and lower
Opacity to 56.

Add your Copyright Information and your name and you are done. A simple
tag.

Hot In the City Tutorial (PTU)

This tutorial was written by me on May 23rd 2012

Effects : Eye Candy Gradient Glow

TUTORIAL

Open a 650 x 650 transparent canvas.

If using a mask - now is the time to do so - fill this layer with color of choice, and apply mask.

Copy and paste your tube - resize to size desired.

Open your kit 

Frame 2 - Copy and Paste. Resize by 77%, and move down below the tube. Colorize your frame so it matches a color from the tube. Click inside the frame and modify/expand by 5 - new layer, fill with color of choice. Apply any desired effects to the color layer.

Copy and paste close up of tube - move it so the eyes are showing through. Selctions Invert, and delete - you should have now cropped your tube. Change Blend mode to Luminance Legacy and drop Opacity to 66. Back to the frame layer - add a gradient glow (fat/white/3) and then again - changing to medium, color of choice.

CityScape - Copy and Paste. Move this down so it sits in front of the frame. Change the color of the cityscape to a color that suits your tube and then apply Eye Candy HSB Noise - adjust width and length settings to approx 100 ... leave the rest of the settings as they are.

Sparkle 2 - copy and paste - position to your liking.

Drink - copy and paste. Resize by 44% and colorize and place as desired.

Flower 2 - copy and paste - resize by 77%, colorize and move to the right, below the frame layers.

Duplicate, flip and then move down so both flowers sit close to each other. Merge layer down.

Duplicate this layer - Mirror and flip. Have some of the petals showing out from behind your tube.

Add any other elements that you like and place around your tag. 

Using your font WHOOPASS type out HOT IN THE CITY - size 48

Add your copyright information, and your name and save as a PNG File

Birthday Wishes (PTU) Tutorial

TUTORIAL

Open your tube up in PSP

Open a 650 x 650 Transparent Canvas

Copy and Paste as a new layer - resize by 77% and sharpen.

Using your Preset Shapes Tool and a color from your tube, draw out a oval, sizing like the one in my tag. Convert to raster layer.

Now change your background color to white and draw out a smaller oval shape, placing as my tag. Convert to raster layer.

Now choose your first color from your tube, and your font of choice, type out the words BIRTHDAY WISHES, and convert to raster layer. Use Muras Meisters Copies default settings, changing tile gap to 2 or 3, apply.

Back to your white oval layer, use your magic wand, click anywhere outside the shape and then back to your words layer, delete. Select none.

Add any other effects you like to the ovals if desired.

Add a Gradient Glow to both oval shapes - color of choice.

Onto your elements

LipGloss - copy and paste, drag this layer below your tube and move to the left slightly

Duplicate and mirror.

Sparkles 1 - copy and paste. Move below tube layer.

Present 1 - copy and paste. Resize by 33% and move to the left of the tube.

Present 2 - copy and paste. Resize by 33% and move so it sits in front of the first present.

Drinks - copy and paste. Resize by 33% and move to the right slightly.

Kitty - copy and paste. Resize by 33% and move to the left slightly.

Balloons 2 - copy and paste. Move to the left, duplicate and mirror.

Add your copyright information and your name

Save as a PNG file - and you are done!

Rockin' Birthday - PTU (SATC)

Filters : DSB Flux - Bright Noise, Eye Candy Gradient Glow/HSB Noise/Glass


TUTORIAL:

Open a 650 x 650 transparent image

Choose a color from your tube, and using your preset shape (elipse)
draw out a large circle. Convert to raster layer and move to the left.
Copy and paste your tube on top of this layer - do not resize.

Now - Magic Wand, and on your circle layer, click outside the circle
and you will have the marching ants showing. Move back to your tube
layer and hit delete. Your tube is now perfectly placed inside. Change
the blend mode on your tube to Luminance (legacy)
You can add whatever effects you like to the cicle. I added DSB Flux
Bright Noise with default settings, and a White Gradient Glow (Eye
Candy)

Now change your background color to black - draw out an oval shape
slightly larger than your circle. Move this layer down below your
circle layer. I added a White Gradient Glow and then a Purple Gradient
Glow.

Copy and paste your tube - resize by 66% and move to the left of the
tag.

Open your kit - and use the following elements
PK-BFG - Limo - copy/paste as new layer. Resize by 66% and move this

PK-BFG- Glitterstar - copy/paste as new layer. Move to the right and
move down below the Limo layer, and slightly to the right.

PK-BFG- Balloons - copy/paste as new layer. Resize by 66% and move the
balloons so they sit on the front of the Limo.

PK-BFG- Ribbon 2 - copy/paste as new layer. Move this so it sits in
front of your tube.

PK-BFG- Cake - copy/paste as new layer. Move this down below the ribbon
layer - moving so it sits just in front of the tube (left leg)

PK-BFG- Martini - copy/paste as new layer, resizing by 66%. Move to the
left ... moving so it sits in front of the tube (right leg)

PK-BFG- Sparkles 2 - copy/paste as new layer, duplicate, flip and
mirror.

Now - onto your text
Using the WHOOPASS Font Size 48, type out Rockin' Birthday.
Add Eye Candy HSB Noise, adjusting width and length to 100 only.
Add Eye Candy Glass with default settings

Grab your Magic Wand, and click outside the words, showing the marching
ants. Selections Invert, Modify, Expand by 4. Add a new layer, flood
fill with white, and move this layer down below the original word
layer. Add DSB Flux Bright Noise with default settings.

Modify again by 4, add a new layer and floodfill with black. Move this
layer down below the white word layer. Select none.

Merge all layers. Duplicate and on the top layer, adjust Blur/Gaussian
Blur - 3. Adjust Blend Mode to Overlay, and lower Opacity to 54.

Add your Copyright Information, and your name, and save as a PNG file.

TUTORIAL

Open up a 650 x 650 transparent image

Open up your kit. 

C/P element Grass 1 - resize by 88% - move to the left. Duplicate - 

Mirror and move to the right.

C/P element Ballet Mirror & Bar. Resize by 88% - sharpen and move this 

layer so it sits between the 2 grass layers.

C/P element Lanterns - resize by 66% and move to the top of the Baller 

Mirror.

C/P Tree 1 - resize by 66% - move to the left of the Ballet Mirror.

C/P Flower 6 - resize by 66%, sharpen and resize again. Move to the 

left, so it sits in front of the Tree. Duplicate and mirror.

C/P Element Throw Pillows - resize by 44%, sharpen and move to the 

right .. sitting in front of the grass.

C/P Kitty 1 - resize by 22% - and move so the kitty stands in front of, 

or on the pillows.

C/P Element Owl - resize by 22% - sharpen, and place so it looks like 

it is sitting on the ballet bar.

C/P Butterflies - resize by 22% or what you desire - sharpen and place 

on the top right corner of the Ballet Mirror.

C/P Sparkles 2 - resize by 22% or what you desire - sharpen and place 

just in front of the Ballet Mirror.

C/P Elemnt Flower 5 - resize by 22% - sharpen and place on your tag -
where you like. Duplicate a few times and scatter around the tag.

C/P Tube of choice and resize to suit your tag.
Add your Copyright Information, your name, and crop your tag.
Save as a PNG file

LET'S GET TAGGING

Open up a new transparent 650 x 650 canvas.

Open up your kit

Copy/Paste CCD Lake1 as a new layer - resize by 55% and move slightly 

to the left.

Copy/Paste CCD Steps as a new layer - do not resize. Move slightly to 

the right.

Copy/Paste CCD Leaves1 as a new layer - do not resize. Position this 

frame element so that you have the lake scene showing and also the 

steps.

Copy/Paste CCD Leaves 4 - resize by 55% and move to the left of the 

frame element. Duplicate and Image/Mirror, so you have the leaves on 

both side of the frame.

Copy/Paste CCD Grass1 - resize by 55% and move to the left. Duplicate 

and Image/Mirror ... move down slightly towards the bottom of the tag. 

Make sure that the first Grass sits behind the Steps and the second 

grass sits in front of it.

Copy/Paste CCD Lanterne 3 - resize by 33% and move to the left, so it 

sits among the grasses.

Copy/Paste CCD Lanterne 1 - resize by 55% and move to the right, so it 

sits on the stairs.

Copy/Paste CCD Flower 6 - resize by 55% and move to the right. Place 

the element so it sits in front of the steps.

Copy/Paste CCD Pillow 1 - resize by 55% and move to the right. Place in 

front of the flowers. Duplicate/Mirror and move to the right, so it 

looks like a stack of pillows.

Copy/Paste CCD Bucket - resize by 33% and move to the left, so it sits 

near the bottom of the steps.

Copy/Paste CCD Owl1 - resize by 33% and move to the left sitting on the 

bucket.

Now to add your tube

Copy/Paste your tube resizing as desired. I resized the tube by 66% and 

sharpened. Place in front of the pillows ...

Copy/Paste Sparkles 1 - resize as desired. Place to the right. 

Duplicate if you want more sparkles on your tag.

Add your Copyright information, including your licence number.

Add your name in your font of choice.

And you are done ... enjoy!

(I always add my mask layer at the end - sometimes I find looking at
the tag, that you just don't need it - so it's personal choice)

LETS GET STARTED

Open up a 650 x 650 transparent image

Copy and paste your tube onto your canvas, resizing ( I resized by 55%0

and moving to the right.


Open up your kit and choose Frame 1 - copy/paste - resize by 55% and
move down below your tube layer. Move to the left slightly.

Using your Magic Wand tool, click inside the frame - go to
Selections/Modify/Expand by 5. Now create a new layer, drag this below
your frame layer and floodfill the selected area with a color from your
tube or the frame.Sections/Select None. Using font of choice type out
the words SWEET BUT DEADLY. Using Mura's Meisters Copies, Tiling
(change Gap Size to 1) and apply. Magic Wand again - clicking anywhere
outside your back, and when the marching ants are showing, move back to
your text layer and hit delete.


Element FILM STRIP - copy/paste - resize by 55% and move this down to
the bottom of your tube. Using your Magic Wand again, click inside the
frame boxes - Selections/Modify/Expand by 4. Create a new layer, drag
this below your film strip and floodfill the selected area, with a
color of your choice.Do not deselct. Once again ... copy/paste your
tube onto this colored filmstrip back - do not resize your tube.
Selection/Select All - and then hit delete. You should now have your
tube cropped and showing through the filmstrip. Change the Blend Mode
to Luminance.


Using your Shape Tool - choose Elipse and draw out a large circle,
color of choice. Convert to rastor layer - and move this to the right,
below your frame/frame back. Add HSB Noise - default settings,
adjusting Height/Width to 85 - random seed. Copy and paste your tube
(original size) onto the circle. Crop as per filmstrip back - and
change Blend Mode to Luminance. On your Circle - add Gradient Glow.

Element Ribbon 1 - copy/paste - resize by 55% and sit this across the
top of your Frame. Mirror the ribbon.

Using your Rectangle Tool Shape - Line Width 14 - draw out a squarish
shape. Convert to raster layer, and then add a new layer, click inside
the frame, move down to new layer and floodfill with color of choice.
Copy/paste your tube again, and crop once you have it placed where you
like in the frame. Merge the frame, tube layer and frame back. Rotate
slightly to the left and position as shown.

Element Skull 2 - copy/paste - resize by 22% and place on the top right
hand corner of your new frame.

Element LIGHTS - copy/paste - move this layer down below your
frame/frame back - move to position so it is showing above the frame.

Element FLOWER 2 - copy/paste - resize by 77% and move to the right, so
some of the flower is showing from behind your tube.

Element Sparkles 2 - copy/paste - move this so it sits across the front
of your filmstrip frame. Duplicate this sparkle layer and Flip.

Element WALLET - copy/paste - resize by 44% - move to the right, below
your tube layer.

Element BOX - copy/paste - resize by 55%, and move to the left of your
frame.

Element BOTTLE 1 - copy/paste - resize by 33% and place this on top of
the box.

Element COCKTAIL - copy/paste - resize by 22% and place this next to
the bottle.

Element CUFFS - resize by 33% - and move to sit in front of the Film
Strip frame.

Element KITTY 4 - copy/paste - resize by 22% and sit in front of the
box.

Text Tool - Fontsmoochers (Size 28) type out the words SWEET BUT DEADLY
and place at the bottom of your tag. Add a FAT Gradient glow in White,
Size 3, and then a Medium Gradient Glow in color of choice, Size 5.

Add your Copyright Information clearly, and then add your name. Save
your image as a PNG File - and you're done.

LET'S GET TAGGING

Open up your template - duplicate and close out the original.

Delete the top layer (credits to Denz Designz)

Open up your tube - copy and paste as new layer, and move this tube 

layer down below frame 1 layer. Now move the tube around until you get 

the part of the image you like showing through the frame. Move down to 

the back 1 layer and using your magic wand, click anywhere outside the 

back, and when you have the marching ants showing, move back to the 

tube layer and hit delete. Change Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy. 

Repeat the same steps for the Frame 2 and back 2 layers.

Open Element BANNER from the kit - copy and paste as new layer. Resize 

by 15% and place towards the top of your template.

Open Element FLOWER from the kit - copy and paste as new layer. Resize 

by 22%. Adjust color to suit the tag. Duplicate a couple of times and 

scatter around the tag.

Open Element BOW - copy and paste as new layer. Resize by 15% and place 

at one end of the banner, Adjust color to suit the tag, and then 

duplicate and place at the other end of the banner.

Decide now if there are any other elements you want to add - but 

remember less is often more ...

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer, making sure this is now your 

top layer. Resize by 66%. Sharpen.

Now move down to your bottom layer and floodfill with a color from your 

tube. Apply your mask. Add Texture Effects BLINDS to your mask 

(settings to your liking). I always do my Mask last when I make a tag - 

as sometimes I decide that the tag doesn't need one - others do it 

differently, but it's personal taste.

Now add your copyright Information CLEARLY - add your name and save as 

PNG File.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open up your template in PSP ... duplicate and close out the original.
Delete the top layer (Credit to Denz Designz)

Open your tube - copy and paste as new layer, moving down below the
small wordart layers.

Open up your close up tube - copy and paste as a new layer, and move
this layer down to below the right frame layer. Using your magic wand,
move to the right frame back layer, and click anywhere outside the
shape, and then with the marching ants showing, move back to your close
up tube layer and hit delete. Change the blend mode on the tube layer
to Luminance Legacy.

Repeat the same with the left frame and back layers - so you will have
close up images showing through both the frames.

FRAME LAYERS - Add a gradient glow in color of choice - size 8.68
FRAME BACKS - Effect/Texture Effects/Blinds - Size 4, Opacity 43, Color
White

Open Guitar element - copy and paste as new layer, resize by 55% and
move down to the right so the guitar is below the small wordart layer.

Open Glitter 1 - copy and paste as new layer, and drag this layer below
your tube layer, and to the left.
Open Cuffs element - copy and paste as new layer, resizing by 22%. Move
to the left, then duplicate and mirror image and flip.

Open Hat element - copy/paste and resize by 28% .. move down and to the
left. Open the Lips 1 element, butterfly and flower 4 elements -
copy/paste, resize by 28% and place - look at my tag for guides.
Open Disco Ball element - copy/paste - do not resize. Move this layer
down to the bottom.

Open Paper 8. Copy and paste as new layer, and move it down to sit
above the left circle. Resize by 66%. On the circle layer, take your
magic wand and click anywhere outside the circle, and with the marching
ants showing, move up to the paper layer and hit delete. Add the same
gradient glow to the paper. Repeat for the right circle. You can delete
the original circle layers.

Copy and paste the same paper above the wordart layer. Resize by 77%
Using your magic wand again, click anywhere outside the wordart, then
move up to the paper layer and delete.

Move to black strip layer - and add the same gradient glow - color
white.

Move to white strip layer - and add the same gradient glow - color
black.

Move to black circle - and add Effects/Texture/Weave - with these
settings 2,6,1, Fill Gaps, Color White

Move to white circle - add the same gradient glow - color black

Now choose your font - and add your name.
Add your copyright information and you are done!
